Shipping & Delivery

We deliver throughout South Africa. Orders are shipped from our offices in Cape Town or directly from our suppliers' warehouses, using a fully insured door-to-door courier service. All goods remain insured by Web Direct until signed for by the recipient.

Delivery charges

Charges are based on your order total and include VAT. They are calculated automatically at checkout and charged once per order.

Delivery times

• Standard delivery: in-stock orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days once payment has cleared, from our Cape Town office or directly from our suppliers' warehouses. Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days in total from payment clearing, depending on your area and where your order ships from: main centres are quickest.
• Expedited delivery: tick "Upgrade to Expedited Delivery" in your cart before checking out for a priority courier service to main centres. R399 on any order.
• Collection: we will notify you as soon as your order is ready to collect from our Diep River office.

Payment and dispatch

• We do not take payment upfront. Once you place your order, we confirm stock and send you an invoice for EFT payment.
• Orders are released to the courier, or for collection, only once payment has reflected in our bank account. We are unable to release goods on proof of payment, so please allow for normal inter-bank clearing times. Many banks offer immediate (instant) payments, which clear faster.
• Courier cut-off is 14:00 on working days.
• Should an item be out of stock, we will let you know on the day you place your order.

Receiving your order

Please ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday. You are also welcome to arrange your own courier to collect from our offices.
