How Ordering Works - No Payment Upfront

At Web Direct you never pay upfront. You place your order, we confirm the exact unit and stock, and only then do we send you an invoice. That's how we keep things safe and simple for you.

1. Place your order online

Add the item to your cart and check out. No card details and no payment are needed at this stage.

2. We confirm your exact unit

We check stock with our warehouse or supplier and email you a tax invoice with the confirmed item, delivery details and our banking details. If anything has changed (stock, lead time or price), we tell you before you pay, and you can cancel at no cost.

3. Pay by EFT, and we ship

Pay the invoice by EFT. In-stock items ship the same or next working day once payment reflects in our account (courier cut-off 14:00). Delivery takes 1-2 working days in Cape Town, 2-3 working days to main centres, and longer to regional and outlying areas. Delivery is free on orders over R3,000 (laptops, desktops and monitors ship free).

Why we work this way

You only pay for stock that is confirmed and reserved for you, so there are no refunds to chase.
